Certainly not! Apart from the temperament, which can be passed on, this breed suffers from no end of potential health issues. See my page here:
The Bull Mastiff Has she been tested for all the health issues she might have inherited? She may have lots of champions in her background, but she needs testing as well. A dog like this, the males of which have a natural dislike of other dogs anyway which needs handling with care, is going to have puppies which are extremely difficult to manage. I hope for the dog's sake you manage to talk him out of such a reckless decision.
