Puppy from my litter in trouble

Hi everyone, not sure if any1 remembers me? I had the pregnant rottweiller cross called Ebony who was basically badly treated and underweight so we took her in and she turned out to pregnant and had 11 pups!
Well the puppes are now 6m old! Thing is 1 of the new owners is a..I dnt even have a word! But she's thick. :-( she seemed so nice and normall but a few days after having puppy she kicked of saying it wasn't toilet trained, it was following her about and it had the runs. I explained its a baby it's normal and it's just been taken from its mum so she will have a funny tummy. Any she still went mad saying I sold her a sick dog and if she would of gone too rescue she would have got a warranty.
After a vet visit she realised I was right and puppy's tummy was just unsettled. So she calmed down only now she's got back intouch saying shes rehoming her. She's destroying things and isn't toilet trained. A behaviourist has given her tips and I've explained sep anxiety but she just doesn't get it. She wants rid and wants £80 for her prob is puppy is female staffy cross and I dnt want to go to just anyone :-( she just has no common sense and has no idea about dogs or how to train them no matter how much you explain it just doesn't seem to go in :-/ really dnt no what to do. I tried my best for those pups and I didn't want this to happen to them. Also she's saying she's going to a rescue when she's got rid to get a new trained dog :-( oh what to do?

Re: Puppy from my litter in trouble

I can't, I really wish I could. I haven't got the money :-( plus now someone's had a go at her and she gone of on 1 and deleted and blocked me so I can't get Intouch, I'm trying though coz I didn't actually say or do anything I wasn't even around! So desperately need to find her a home ASAP. Do you think you can warn rescues not to home to her? Will they listen? x

Re: Puppy from my litter in trouble

Could you not borrow the money from a family member or friend? £80 isn't much to gaurantee your pup a good future...

Re: Puppy from my litter in trouble

I'd try to get in touch and offer to take her back as the 'breeder' even tho you didn't actually breed the dam, obviously. You could say it's a normal breeder thing to take pups back (this is true).

Re: Puppy from my litter in trouble

How much did you sell the pups for? I agree with others - can you not find someone to lend you the money? £80 is not a lot for a dog.

If you are not in a position to take her back, why would you not want a rescue to rehome her.

Re: Puppy from my litter in trouble

I do remember your original post and everything you went through, I was so glad that you appeared to have survived a really tough time and the pups were sorted. I would hate to say that this is why pedigree breeders spend most of their time vetoing potential owners and teaching about their breed/s but also why pups are sold with provisos and contracts, but it's the truth... and it's why people on this forum can appear to be so quick to criticise, it's only because we don't wan't anyone to end up in this situation...
All that aside if this owner has blocked you so you can't contact her directly, do you have a friend with the £ 80 that could pay to get the pup back on your behalf, it would be worth it for your peace of mind... no reason for you to tell rescues not to rehome her because surely that's the best thing for the girl, and that's what it's all about.
Please do let us know how you get on

Re: Puppy from my litter in trouble

I don't think so not right before Xmas and im having no luck getting back intouch anyway so far :-( I didn't mean I don't want a rescue to home her I meant if I told a rescue not to home another dog to the owner as she's said shes going to a rescue to get a new 'trained' dog x
