I'm far form a angel lol but thank you, if someone is going to breed then they need to have the money at ready.. the outcome for this dog could of been so bad

I'm sorry OP but if your bitch is ill she really needs to see a vet, bitches die horribly up to and during whelping, I've never bred a litter myself yet, but I know the risks and it still scares the pants off me. Yes, bitches have litters all the time, but problems occur with alarming frequency as well, perhaps people don't feel like posting so often when the bad things happen, good news is always nicer to hear, but they most certainly do happen

Rhuna, my flatcoat was out of a litter of 11, only 7 survived. Tau was out of a litter where the bitch struggled after the third pup, she had to be given oxytocin to kick start the contractions again, to help her deliver a larger pup. So out of the three of my current dogs, two are from litters where there were complications and death.
