No sheep scanner that I am aware of, but will ask local farmer if he know anyone who has.

her temp should drop to below 36.9 to be counted as the drop, how long have you been taking her temp for?

My friends dog had a phantom, she even had a temp drop and was panting. Only way to know for sure is a scan or x ray.

Re: Pregnant or not pregnant

I have been taking her temperature for about 5 days now and it is staying under 38c, but on hearing that a phantom can also give a temperature drop I think the best way is to either wait it out or take her back to the vets......will keep you posted.

Re: Pregnant or not pregnant

Hi there, just to keep you updated. This morning her temperature is still around 37.5c so no change there, she is still nesting and definately sleeping more the past couple of days, this morning when I put my boots on to take her out she would normally be jumping around with excitement but she just lay in her bed and watched me. She did enjoy her run when we were out but on our return she went straight to her bed and started rearranging it yet again. I sort of think if anything is going to happen it will be this weekend and if not she has lead me a right merry dance. Hope you are all having a good weekend and enjoying this wonderful day.
