I keep looking at my gorgeous Keyu, who is a total sweetheart and a bloody good worker too, and thinking 'i want one of your puppies'

lol obviously it'll never happen, shes unregistered, food agressive and a rescue, but I cant help but think about what her puppies would be like

Not really, all my dogs have faults I wouldnt like to be passed on to puppies.

I remember somebody I know wanting to breed my GWPx with his greyhound bitch to make some working lurchers but he'd already had his nuts off so no chance there. I wouldnt do it even if he was entire.

keyu also has faults, doesnt mean i dont think her puppies would be cute as hell

though my boy, who is a knob for lack of a better word, i dont think i could handle another one of him, let alone lots of them!

No, although I do often think "Dear God, what it would be like having 10 mini YOUs running around ".

I don't go "oh Tummel you're stunning...i'll stud you!!" as lets face it...large "designer" dogs don't have a market But Tummel is such an amazing companion it makes me sad that one day hopefully far from now i won't have him anymore and i do sometimes think maybe i should but i'm level headed enough to know i'd only be contributing to the huge number of mongrels, crosses and pedigree dogs bred each year and i don't want to be part of the breeding world, so i'll just have to enjoy the many years i'll have with my special boy and accept he's a one of a kind.

I often wonder what it would have been like to let Gypsy have puppies , I know they would have been adorable as she really is so very pretty
but in the end i'm glad I decided to have her spayed

same with keyu and kira, they're both so calm and good, but good workers too (keyu more so than kira), i could have 10 of them!

Quite honestly if i could have any wish in the world it would be that Tummel was by my side for my whole life..i am very aware that will never happen and it makes me very sad but rottaridgeadors aren't common so yes i have thought about breeding him for a mini Tummel but realistically would never do it...it's not just the fact that i'd only want one puppy and then i'd have to worry about the rest of the litter but the puppy could be totally different and i know some males can change after being used at stud and i don't want that, Tummels perfect the way he is(bit of a stubborn boy but otherwise perfect).
