I also registered my pups online...really simple & quick
On the site you just have to put the names you have picked & it puts your affix in front...would assume hard copies follow same format...or people with large litters would have to re-write their affix for alot of pups.

Have to third doing it online - I've never paper registered a litter and pray I never have to - online is easy, quick, and if there is a problem with a name, you will know about it within minutes

Have only ever registered our first litter by snail mail never again filling in the forms was a pain in the bum. Online is much simpler it evens list the colours to chose from and took less than a week for the papers to come through
