Firstly.......congrats on your new arrivals
 Thankfully mummy is fine  but hay isnt she worth every penny!was this her first litter? i have chi's av had then in my life for 22 years now just adore them my youngest is 15 months.....i would love more  good luck xx keep us posted on how they grow

She is worth every penny and more. She is my first chihuahua and this is her first litter. She has done me and herself proud. I don't want any to go to their homes already and i have another 11 and a half weeks of them to grow on me! They had their dew claws removed this morning and not one of them flinched and they went back to suckling straight away.

Hi everyone,
just a little update, mum and babies are doing really well. They have all doubled their birth weights and they are fat, greedy, little pigs! Big g (as we call her) weighed :- 5.8oz at a few hours old, she now weighs 10.3oz! Lexi (the one im keeping) weighed :- 3.5oz, she now weighs 6.4oz. (the smallest). Boy (the guy in the middle lol) weighed :- 4.5oz, he now weighs 7.5oz. Here are some pics as they were 1 week old yesterday.      My boyfriends 5 month old belgian shepherd thought he might like to be a mummy one day lol.
