Dalmatians to other

As having a new dog dalmatian. I am curious if I can breed it to a non-dalmatians dog?

I hope so lol, especially using the phrase dog dalmation and breed it to a non-dalmations dog, it doesn't fill me with confidence that this person knows alot about dogs let alone breeding.

Re: Dalmatians to other

I see you're relatively new to the forum, so this may well be a genuine question, but, why would you want to mate a dalmation to another breed? And that's before asking the why do you want to breed question, which you may find will get you some honest answers, not always what people want to hear, but better the truth than gloss over the issue.

Re: Dalmatians to other

Nothing wrong with a cross breed dog, as long as you are fully ethical in your breeding eg fully health testing, breeding from show quality animals, writing up puppy contracts and breeding with a suitable match, for example a pointer.

Careful with breeding a dal to another dog, you may end up with a litter of rabbits
Fleur, Luvdogs, archielee and 3 others like this.
