Re: Waiting list - Advice
The woman who time wasted not only stud up many breeders but has never even had a pup because she stands them up. So I am staying clear. (I checked her out on facebook at the time and wasnt to pleased with what I saw).
The lady who rang last night seems ever so nice, I am hoping to meet her too as I am down in her area later on this year (about a month before we go to stud) so I hope to meet her and her current dogs and make sure she's as nice as she seems. She also shows a little so I will more than likely meet her at some shows. I have been contacted by others who sound good but they always want a pup "now" so I pass them onto other breeders I know who have litters or are going to stud. |

Re: Waiting list - Advice
I do not breed.
But I wouldnt mind what questions were asked, or even if the breeder wanted to come and see where the pup would be living. I so like to be in contact with the person I am buying the pup from. I did this with Bens (yorkie) mummy. She kept me upto date and even offered to bring him down when he was ready. So if they mind you asking questions etc., then they are not genuine buyers. I am afraid there is no foolproof way to ensure they are not on any other breeders list. Unless you email other breeders to find out I dont know how you will know. Janex |
