I admit we don't know everything but we know more than you guys think we do.

This is our new boy's pedigree the dogs are lovely aren't they.
Ok you dont need to be rude. I havent said you dont know anything, I havent commented on how much you know at all. No one in the breeding, showing world will ever know everything. There is always something to learn. But its fact that when you are more experienced in owning a breed and showing your find it easier to pick a suitable puppy. Yes the dogs are nice - not sure what your point is though.
From what I can gather you have only lived with the breed since having Alaska, now thats not a bad thing. But before you know a breed truely, you will need to live with it from all stages of its life, puppy, teenage stage, adult stage yada yada right up until its last years.

No I can see that.
You're pretty much telling her she hasn't thought any of this through, and that she is filling up her space with dogs that might be useless. At least thats what I got from your post anyway.

Re: Our boy....which ever one he is (pup pictures)

Right, you've both taken what I said about benefits at little OTT. I know more than you think about what it's like. I spend most of my life in a chair ... that includes sleeping.

It's not a competition about who's the most disabled, but I can tell you, as long as your voice works you can get a job. Sometimes I can't even lift my arms, but it doesn't stop me wearing a headset and working my ass off. You can make as many excuses as you like, but if you get down to the nitty gritty nothing would stop you working if you wanted to.

I appreciate you care for relatives SL, and even your OH. My hubby cares for me too ... and he works full time. I don't know what situation your gran is in, I imagine you look after her a lot. So this begs the question what will you do if you have a litter that for some reason needs your 24hr attention? Not getting at you, just wondered if you'd thought of that?

As for Scorchers problems, I stand by what I said I'm afraid. The poor love needs some help, and it sounds like it may well take time to sort. I'd hate for the poor love to suffer again if you get another pup.

Sometimes the truth hurts, I know I've had it thrown at me in a similar way many times. But you learn from it, and it makes you think long and hard about why you want something.

Problems aren't just physical it's also mental not just got M.E., got Ceoliac disease, dyspraxia and dyslexia as well as mild autism.

I'd love to have my mind work OK.

I need constant looking after I've sliced my thumb open just trying to but on some chicken in the microwave and chips in the ovan.

I'm not saying i've go it worse just saying in the state i'm in i can't get a job.

Also shetlandlover's mum will be coming to us while the pups are needing 24 hour care.

I just want people to stop trying to dictate to us on here and be helpful. Explain fully what you mean in not just post some stuff and then expect us to know how you mean it.
