Hi i'm new here and any help would be greatly apreiciated.

I am the proud owner of a KC reg long coated chihuahua stud dog.We have him advertised on preloved. A woman emailed us in August wanting to use our dogs services, she offered us a puppy out of the litter and we have emails and a contract as proof. Our dog tied 2 times and got her bitch pregnant and the puppies were born on the 15th october.She emailed us to say that her bitch had only two puppies and the male (which we was having) had died however recently we have found that she had actually lied and she has him advertised on preloved. We rang her to ask her why she had lied and all we got is abuse because we "broke her sons heart" because I refused to sign the KC papers, she keeps claiming that the male puppy died then why does she have him advertised "out of a litter of two" and our dog as the stud dog? I honestly don't know what to do about the situtation as now knowing he's alive I'm desperate to have him get him away from that money grabber. She's selling him for £500 but legally doesn't he belong to us because of the contract we both signed? What should I do? Please Help

Not sure what type of conract u signed or the ins and outs, but I found Trevor Cooper a god send when I needed doglaw advice on a rescue contract.

U can call him and discuss, think it costs a £1 a minute, but he should b able 2 explain if ther eis any course of action u can take.

MMM sounds like a right dilema to be in.. I think I would have been round to the bitches owner by now.. And if that didn't work would have got some serious help...

Sounds like she is taking the mickey and I can imagine this be very upsetting for you...
