phantom pregnancy?

hi all,we have had peaches for 4 weeks now and she was at the end of her season when we got her. her nipples are very pink and she has gained a little weight but she was a bit under weight when we got her.

ive never had a bitch before so i dont know if her nipples look normal. if she is pregnant she would be around 5 weeks but her tummy is still small. could she be having a phantom pregnancy?

Yes, she could be having a phantom pregnancy.

Did her previous owners say that they had mated her?

when we got her and asked when her last season was they didnt know, they had only owned her for 4 weeks but her dogs kept attacking her(they were both male but i dont know if they were castrated). we now know she was in season while they had her and that was why her dogs were fighting.

ive tried ringing her but she does not answer her phone.
