some people, David_c , archiebaby and Tashi have been lovely and understanding but unfortunatly they seem to be the minority on here.

I have already changed my password to something I can't remember at all so won't be able to logg back in and I will logg out as soon as I've posted this,

so you can say what you like about me, without worrying I will request the thread gone.

So despite me making a mistake, being honest about it, asking for support and advice on how to deal with this I will now go it alone.

You should all be very proud of your ability to drive people in need away from this forum.

It seems to happen daily.

I wish all those with litters on the way the very best and a safe and happy whelp

if all you did was explain yourself why did you get the thread deleted? What was on it that was so bad

I've just deleted all my profile details

i got it deleted because people had searched my previous posts and brought my personal likfe up, my children, my finaces, my husbands illness, my pregnancy

all which the moderators agrees was 'not forum buisness'

but apparantly once you post something here its fair game to be used in what ever context anyone else wants to use it

so the message is - don't give out any personal info

never EVER been on a forum like this, find it unbelievably sad

ALL I CAN ASK NOW IS FOR THE MODERATORS TO KEEP AN EYE ON THIS THREAD AS I HAVE A FEELING ITS NOT GOING TO STAY QUIET - AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM NO LONGER HERE TO VIEW WHATS BEING SAID AND I RESPECTFULLY REQUEST THAT IF ANY INFORMATION THAT THE MODERATORS MAY DEEM UNSUITABLE OR PERSONAL TO BE REMOVED.

Its very hard to just leave knowig I am to be 'discussed' but I can't saty and view what will be said as its broke me last time, hence me asking for it to be deleted. to be made out to be some awful person exploiting my dogs was too much, if i WERE that kind of person I wouldn't bother being here trying to find good advice would ? i wouldn't care

but i do, so much and I can't deal with what people seem to think of me

Re: Grrrrr.

The only thing I don't understand is, after you realised you had made a mistake, why you didn't give Lily the mismate jab.

Re: Grrrrr.

Wasn't this thread about people looking for a pup? It was actually very useful at the beginning, with some valid and helpful discussion.

Whatever anyone thinks about other issues, why bring it up again?

Re: Grrrrr.

I think it's a real shame that you have taken that stance.

I can't remember detail, and I didn't realise you were pregnant too, but to be fair, being pregnant could very well have an impact on having one litter, much less two litters, so I can't see how it is irrelevant.

Listening and understanding the situation should not automatically mean condoning the situation.

I'm sure you can ask for a password to be reset by email if you've forgotten it.

No novice should go it alone with a whelping and a litter nor rely on a public forum to get you through it. I assume you have at least one mentor on the end of the phone, but if not, then you should come back. The subject may be brought up again, not everyone will have read the post that was deleted, but you have been upfront and now need to be strong for the sake of your dam and the pups. Unfortunately, being strong comes with breeding.

It was a real shame you requested the original post was deleted because it was a great example of the things that need to be considered before breeding and how not to go into it.

You may have learned the lesson and admitted your mistake before posting, but there are many readers that would have learned from your mistake and it's a shame for dogs and breeding in general that they were not given that opportunity.

You obviously care about your dogs and some think that because of that, everything is fine and ethical, but there is a lot more to it than that. There were many considerations that you had not taken into account that should have been. That is what the thread demonstrated and why it would have been of value to other readers.

Breeding isn't all about cute puppies, congratulations and don't worry it will be alright, it is tough and you need a thick skin.

I hope (if you don't have a mentor at the end of the phone) that you reconsider for the sake of your girls and pups, but obviously it is your decision.

Pug_D I asked a genuine question. I have not read another thread where this issue was raised with you. You have made your decisions and now you will have to live with them.

Breeding should never be entered into lightly. As you have already found out from you first litter, it can be fraught with difficulties and heartache.
