I said no offence but he's not even 6 months old, nor is he becoming sexually active (they saw him humping their male gsd) and they said "he is because he's humping look!"

Then they said "You can have pick of the litter AND £500"

I felt so harrassed, I told them he's booked in for a neuteuring next month and that was it then

"That's so irresponsible, he's not old enough! Or big enough, don't you know anything about German Shepherds. You should hold off, mate with my bitch and then get him done, he'll be more mature and at this age he probably won't pull through the anestetic" (sp?)

Needless to say I walked off, what's wrong with people nowadays. I'd never breed a crossbread, nor will I breed a dog whose health history I do not know, or whose parents I don't know, or who I've not had long enough to make that decision. 3 months in my care is NOT long enough to just say "oh hey yeah I'll breed him I know him inside out"

Idiots.

You should have asked them: 'Your your german shepherds hip scored? elbox scored? eye tested and the boy hemo tested?' What are his lines?

Im guessing they would have said 'DUH?'
