I would most keep them but it would depend on the circumstances of the owners and my reltionship with them. But it would be most unlikely

We've been in this situation and have held on to the pups until mid January, just to make sure that the pups' new homes have returned to "normal."

Not everyone makes a big deal out of Christmas so for some people it could be a good time to have a puppy while they are off work.

If it were someone who had been in contact with me fom pre-mating and I felt had beenenthusiastic about my dogs from thestart then I would let them go for Christmas.
But no way would I allow someone who contacted me days before take one!!!

Thereare so many adverts around now saying' ready for christmas '

I would keep them its stressful enough for an animal to move homes at a "normal" time of year, also many people buy animals as presents for Christmas!

thats what its like at mine,dont see what all the fuss is about,didnt even put a decoration up last year,nice break from work though,just another day but i drop a few presents off,so if i had pups and it was going to a house like mine then yes id let it go at xmas
