Smile Pregnant Labrodour

Hi, I have a 2 year old labrodour and we did mate her and her and the male tied, pretty adoment shes pregnant shes really tired, lazy, some days she loves her food, some days she doesnt, she is being sick and also her teets are very very big, especially towards her back legs.

If my cauculations are right she should have pups around 5th November.

I was just wondering what people have used for bitches to give birth in, i have looked and ive found people tend to use boxes, paddling pools, crates etc..

I do like the idea of a paddling pool because can fill it with blankets and quilt and can hose it down in the garden, but havent managed to find a big one with small sides for mum to get in and out of.

Can anyone help or suggest something else to give birth in???

Thankyou!!!!

Thankyou very much, is there anywhere impaticular to buy one of these from?

A cage seems like a good idea but millie (mum) has never been in a cage herself so it seems cruel to put her in one now.

Has your bitch not been to the vet to be scanned to see she and the pups are doing okay?

Re: Pregnant Labrodour

I don't like idea of cage, pupps can get stuck ing the bars.

Its best to make one, cheapest... failing that link-a-bord.co.uk or steelcitywhelpingboxes are the cheapest, but you have to make the shelves yoursself, most come with bars.
