Re: urgent advice needed

Im not a breeder but got a friend who has bred and is very knowlegeable. Remember her saying she always timed mating in the cycle to ensure a small litter so yes timing must play a part. The health testing is important. Labs can suffer from hip and elbow dysplasia eye problems and i think heart probs to. Ask if mum and dad have had any tests. They should have certificates if they have. Also when you say talking is this in person? Have you seen mum and pup and where they are. An informed choice is a better one. Do your homework. After you got info you can always run it past us again. Im not an expert and theres probably plenty on here far more experienced than me. You know what they say 2 heads are better than one and you have loads at your disposal.
