Possibly! Thinking about putting Tess to pup next year, she is a registered Kennel club "working dog" and a full border collie although we don't have her pedigree paperwork 'cos she's a rescue! One look and it's obvious?

She's great at agility, shows promise for obedience and has a superb temperament.

I have a blue merle short coat border collie hes only 7 months though, he has one blue eye and one brown eye. I have no papers for him ither but his mother has. I was thinking of putting him with my tri bitch when they are old enough.

what do you mean by quiet vocally or temperament wise?
he can be a bit vocal if he dosent get enough exercise he barks at me till I take him out lol, otherwise not too bad. he is very good with people and children such a sweed dog

Do you compete at agility and obedience ? If you do ask around there for a stud dog. The kennel club also have a stud book, dogs regardless of pedigree are entered in the stud book when the achieve a qualification in the highest class in my sport, and I assume agility and obedience are the same.
