Red lump on teet

I have read about mastitis and she has no signs of it .. no temperature, no going off food or being sick.. she seems happy. But i think one of the little angels has missed the nipple and sucked so hard on her skin it has formed red hard lump (about the size of a marble)

Her milk is normal.. not pussy or discoloured

Is this common and do you think it will pass with sme tlc.. I have heard that any antibiotics a vet may give will pass through the milk and possible harm the pups.?
