Due to reasons beyond my control I have nowhere to live at the moment, I have a gorgeous dog who needs somewhere to be loved until I can move into a place where I can have him back, hopefully by mid January. Any suggestions anyone?

He's 8 years old, neutered, his mum is a springer spaniel/border collie and his dad is a lab. He is black with a White chest. He has a lovely temperament and will whinge or steal your socks from your feet if hes feeling deprived of attention. He hasn't got a lot of patience with young children. He's generally good with other dogs although there are some he just doesn't like for reasons only he knows!

Isn't there some charity that will care for your dog temporarily? I am sure I have seen links on here, but can't remember what it is called. I am sure someone will be along who knows.

And whereabouts are you? That would also help.
