As other people have said put your name down as soon as you can as there is a waiting list in most clubs.Go to your local obedience club to teach wait and the recall with the distraction of other dogs around.You can teach the left and right command on your walk by throwing a toy andgiving the command as they turn that way. Also train the down command for the touch points. Some clubs do a pre agility class that will teach you all these things.
Your local club should be able to give you all the information you need
