At our agility club, there are two Scotties (ours), a JRT and two of the little Spitz. All of them love it and don't have problems jumping at Toy height.

At 5 months he shouldn't be jumping high anyway. Look for a club that offers pre-agility or puppy agility, which teaches the skills but doesn't have them jumping that much.
