sexing baby chinchillas
hey can someone tell me how to sex a baby chinchilla coz the last time we thought one was a boy she ended up having a baby and we dont want it to happen again

Greenwood Chinchillas - Sexing Chinchillas Here's a link to pictures and explanation. Please bear in mind that most good breeders do not rehome babies until they are around 12 weeks of age and that male babies should come away from mum and sisters at around 8 weeks of age and put in a seperate cage.
