i had a chinchilla who gave birth to 2 kits..she recently passed away due to an unknown reason..they are 4 weeks old and are eating hard food, treats, and drinking water..me and my boyfriend live seperately..he owns the father so i have let him take both the babies since there mother has passed..i have 2 six month old females and i plan on having one of the babies at the end of the month..do you think that we should split the babies now or just leave them alone till the end of the month??
