My silly Chins

Aren't they the cutest animals? Just a couple of funny things mine have done recently:
I got them out and decided as I was supervising I would put the dwarf hamster in his wheel so he could have a run round too but I could make sure the chinchillas didn't start trying to play with the ball. Well the opposite happened, they were terrified and ran to the corner crying. Considering they didn't long ago come from a pet shop and are kept in the same room as the hamsters and gerbils I thought they would be fine as they are used to the scent of other animals but apparently not. Can't believe they were afraid of a dwarf hamster. But the funny thing is the St Bernard has managed to sneak into the room once or twice (when they are in the cage, as keep the door shut when they're out) and they are not scared of her. They come right up to the bars and sniff her. Strange animals...
Yesterday I had them out and quickly ran to the loo leaving them out as the wires were all off the floor etc. I came back in and Chewy, my good boy, had got into his cage, whilst Chubbles, the naughty one, was found sitting on the laptop keypad and made music come on as I entered the room.
Anyone else got stories to share?
