Re: supreme help

I have heard somewhere about rail works around the birmingham area. Have you called the Train Company at all?

Essex to Brum shouldn't take 6 hours!

Re: supreme help

I was considering doing it from MK but saw that it was so expensive (£22.90 for a 1 hr 50 min journey) compared to my simple 1 hr 20 mins by car that doesnt cost more than a tenner both ways.

OK, yes, have to add the tenner for parking too ....

I doubt it should take six long hours though - will have a quick schnoof on National Rail Enquiries and see what they say - popping back soon.

Re: supreme help

Looks like it's going to be a longish journey all the same ...

National Rail Enquiries website indicated that a journey from Colchester to Birmingham International would take something like 4 hrs 20 ish mins.... it also has two or three changes ...

Re: supreme help

Good old british rail eh, Sue ( my wife) read an article this week and it said for anyone travelling to the Supreme show should at least double their normal journey time
there is a nation web site you can visit for more info
National Rail Enquiries - Official source for UK train times and timetables tel; 08457484950

if you lived near me i would willingly pick you up and bring you home

Re: supreme help

You could put out a plea over various groups and Yahoo lists. There may be someone going up by car who lives near you with room who you could travel with.
