Does she like to chase bits of string or things attached to string ? If so get her to chase that into where you want her to go, then have a bowl of something tasty for when you get her there. Thats what we do, works a treat, lol. Even with carriers.
Some cats don't like to be cuddled at all. We have 1 out of the 11 here(thats including the 6 kittens, lol.) that hates to be cuddled, shes quite happy to play and sit beside you, but thats as far as it goes.

Yeah we have a lady like this-she loves to play and touched sometimes but not to be cuddled,as for toys Wendys suggestions are good-simple things like foil squished into a ball,a simple box but they usually love fishing rod toys that you can tease them with tooAlso the plastic like off a cig pkt or something and tie a little bow into it leaving a little tail is good-ours love em-just have to watch where they go or you'll find them mths later in hidden corners of your houseAlso the cardboard roll from a kitchen tissue with some treats stuffed in might be fun
