wow

big dilema at my aunties house, well she takes in strays and unwanted kittens.

she loves all of them to pieces.

Well she recently took in a stray who is friendly he is called charley and is poorly because he has a skin infection from having fleas.

She has took him to the vets and has cream to put on his sores.

Oggle one of her other cats doesnt like charley and tries to fight him but auntie doesnt want charleys sores to get worse so has locked oggle in her room and lets him out at night.

how can we sort this?

I think she sould let oggle show his dominence in the house hold, im sure charley would be okay with a little scrap and will be submissive.

but thats what i would do :/

Personally I think I would lock charley in the room until he heals a little and let her other cat have full reign of the house.

I would keep Charlie isolated until his wounds heal as the last thing you want is for his condition to be made worse.

Once he is all healed up then you can work on introducing them but there is no need to rush it.

Have a look at these two articles about introducing cats. Its best done gradually so that each cat can used to the others scents before any face to face intros are done. Feliway plug in diffusers can help the situation too.
