Sudden change in litter box behaviour

One of my cats Misty has suddenly stopped using the litter tray to do her poos. She seems to be peeing ok but it is almost like she is scared of the tray (she is a very very nervous cat - we have two and although they sleep together, clean each other etc Bella my other cat can be a bit of a bully and will annoy Misty sometimes and chase her about. It seems to be that something scared her while she was on the tray maybe (possibly a loud noise or Bella jumping on her) and now she wont use it. She doesn't just poo in one place though she runs about and you end up with bits all along the hall. Could it be constipation do you think (she only eats dry food) or more a behaviour thing. She does seems far more nervous than usual. She is on Zylkene and we have feliway plugged in and we have two litter trays. It has been 5 days in a row now but before then she never once had a problem.

Any help or advice would be great!!

Thanks
