The Pent Super Outside Cat House Kennel - woodenart

I got this house for Puss Puss so she has somewhere outside to hide, but she will only use it if the catflap is tied up. This concerns me because I know another cat goes in there during the day when Puss is not around. This means I have to get rid of the smell of this other cat before she will use it again.
If I could get her use to it I would replace this catflap and get a sureflap so her microchip will activate it. Any help please?

Firstly, thanks for buying the Cat House.

It is possible to fit the Sureflap, we have made and fitted numerous cat houses with the microchip flap. Try leaving favourite titbits in the House to tempt your cat in via the existing cat flap. Your cat is using the house so it would appear to be a reluctance to use the flap, and until your cat uses the flap then spending circa £65 on a microchip flap could be a waste.
