1yr old cat biting through headphones
Hello

My (just over) 1yr old cat has taken to biting through headphones. It's not something she's done in the past, but has started it a few months ago.

Is there anything I can do or will she grow out of it?
Are there any toys I could get to let her chomp on?

mine like playing with plastic drinking straws you could try that? make sure you supervise though just incase your cat does chew a bit off

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but we have a 5 year old who we just cannot break of the habit - he will chew anything, particularly headphone wires, and fingers :-(

She doesn't chew fingers, although I caught her trying to get through the TV wires the other day.

I have some of the plastic cable tidy tools coming so this will put her off.

My previous cat had a thing for eating my mobile phone charger leads! All I could do is totally cat proof the place and make sure when I was out he had toys even straws as mentioned above for him to chew and play with. He did grow out of it, but took a while hehe

yeah i basically keep all wires and headphones in draws and my bag but beware they still get them out of the bag lol
