Looking for help with a naughty cat!

I was wondering if anyone could advise me about my cats behaviour?
Max is nearly 2 years, and lives with three other cats (two aged 10 and one aged 8 months).
From about 6pm right through the night he meows very, very loudly. At all other times he is a very quiet cat. I believe this may because he hasn't been neutered yet. Fair enough!
But he is getting gradually worse at climbing on furniture that he was initially trained to stay off, he is starting to urinate in places he shouldn't (this has happened in the last couple of weeks), and he has started turning on my other cats. He even bit me the other day which is so unlike him.
There are no recent changes to the house, not even furniture being moved or anything. I just can't understand why his behaviour is turning and I am worried where it will end.
Any advice would be great.

Get him neutured as he is probably sexually frustrated.

Are your other cats neutered? Max needs to be neutered to stop this unwanted behaviour but also your 8 month old cat if un-neutered could be the cause of the change in Max.
