I really do not know myself, there is sure to be advise coming along soon. all I can say is how I would think and like you I think 72 hours is a long time. I wonder it is possible that the kitty has pooped and it has not been seen. hopesome can give you some constructive advise soon.

Lambchop is on a distinguished road
Re: advice needed please ?

How old is the kitty? How long has she been weaned? How long has your friend had her and has the food being changed lately? In a young kitten going so long without pooping cannot be good. If she seems ok in herself then thats a good sign but personally I would take a trip to the vets just to make sure. Hope all goes well.

Re: advice needed please ?

Hi,

Firstly how old is the kitten? Has she only had the kitten 3 days?

I think your friend should ring up her vet to ask advice, they would be the best person to speak to.
