Pixie - 6 Yr old pure black female

Pixie came into RSPCA care after she was handed into a vets by a member of the public who found her stray and in poor condition.

She was extremely underweight due to a serious infestation of worms.
A mouth infection also made it painful for her to eat and so by the time she was found she was painfully thin.

She was immediately treated for the worms, given a dental during which 3 teeth were removed and treated with anti-biotics.

She is now doing very well in her foster home and putting on weight fast!

Pixie has been flea treated, wormed, neutered, vaccinated and micro-chipped and she is currently being held in a Congleton cattery.

Due to the condition of her teeth the vet found it difficult to estimate her age but guessed that she was approximately 6 years old.

Pixie is described as being a friendly cat who loves being handled and stroked.
She never stops purring and adores being brushed.

She can be a little quiet and it takes her time to get used to her surroundings but after all she has been through this is to expected.

She enjoys sitting in the window and looking at the outdoors so she may benifit from a home where she is to have outdoor access.

She eats well although small amounts and uses a litter tray with no issues.

She would be best re-homed without small children in a quiet and calm environment where she can be treated like the princess that she is!

For more information on Pixie please either message me or call 07538 214544.

Thank you
