help needed!!!!!!!! Swindon area
This was posted in another site animal lifeline.org.uk they really need someone to help this poor thing. I really hope someone can.
The vets in Swindon has contacted me about another RTA cat. They have x-rayed him (with funds given by local branch of R****A) and confirmed he has a fractured femur which needs either surgery to correct or amputation. It could be corrected, but that surgery and ongoing after-care will cost more than the amputation option.
Neither the C*L or the R***A will take him, and with no owner yet coming forward, he is facing pts next week if we can't help him. He was brought in on Monday 3rd October.
He possibly does have an owner, as he is in good condition and long-haired, but no chip and no collar.
He is black, about 2-3 years old, neutered, and v v friendly (apparently gorgeous). He is growling a bit with the pain, but is on pain relief.
If a rescue could offer back up, I would be happy to foster him on cage rest if that would help.
If so please pm me and i will forward you to the right person, thank you for reading
