Gemma our rescue cat

Hi

Managed to get some pics at last. This is the first time she had seen the camera and wasn't too sure if she trusted it or not. She hates being uncovered, always likes another basket upside down on top of her so she can hide

Only lets us take it off her after shes had lots of fuss or a big comb, then she almost forgets how scared and shy she is and its lovely! Once the effects have worn off though shes soon frantic and tries to hide under her blanket so we have to cover her up again.

It's going to take a long time for her to be confident.

Re: Gemma our rescue cat

Thank you all for your comments

We feel strange with her living on the worktop, but yesterday we tried to move her to the lounge. She ran straight inside the settee had to very carefully and slowly recline the seats so we could see her to coax her out. Only managed by putting her covered basket right next to it Put her back in the utility and she was happy. All the doors are open for her but shes not moving for anyone!

Hopefully one day I'll post a pic of her actually playing or just walking round the house.
