You do not have to agree to viewings at all whilst your not there to keep an eye on them

If you are renting you may not be in a position to refuse unsupervised viewings - don't know, might be worth checking - as I assume you have given notice.
Why not put exactly what you want to happen in unsupervised by you viewings in writing with the consequences if they ignore i.e. that cat could get stolen/injured/killed if left outside and that they would be responsible....that you expect these conditions to be adherred to

OMG, that is awful, how rude ignorant and disrespectful!
i'd of hit the roof! Have these people got NO common sense I wouldn't allow viewings if i wasn't home!
