Im not sure if I read somewhere that pregnant & lactating queens can be fed kitten food - is that correct?

Yea Saffron, you can. I feed mine a mix of that and RC Queen, plus loads of raw mince beef and Natures Menu, lol.

You don't need to buy it, I have it in all the time as my cats love it. It's formulated for pregnant and lactating Queens thats all. As long as she's getting plenty of the other things, she'll be just fine

Re: Food - Breeding Queens

my girl didn't want to eat anything but beef flavour and poultry flavour felix kitten for 9 weeks. she stuck her nose up at fresh meat and fish. she also ate rc kitten dry and science plan but mainly stuck to her pouches of beef and poultry.

again, when the kittens were born this is all she would touch! and she was in great condition through out.
