indoor cats with upset tummies

We have 4 strictly indoor cats, the youngest being 4 months and the oldest is 11 months. We have always had them on just james wellbeloved kitten biscuits. They have no problems eating it and really love it! But over the past 3/4 days there poops have become very very smelly and quite watery. Only 1 of them is having normal movements. And as you can imagine its not very nice. They don't eat anything other than the biscuits, so what can be making them like this? They have never had problems before. The only thing I can think of is we bought a new sack of food?! But that seems abit far fetched!

The older 3 are neutered, they are all up to date on flea/worm treatments (frontline and panacur paste).

Re: indoor cats with upset tummies

Hmm does sound strange. Is there anyway they could of got to another sort of food? I think this would be the most likely solution especially as they are indoor cats. Maybe try them on just chicken for a couple of days & see if that helps, then slowly re-introduce their usual diet. Not sure if that's much help but please let us know how you get on

Re: indoor cats with upset tummies

Sorry just another thought, perhaps a stronger wormer may be needed like Milbemax or Drontal, worth a try & wouldn't do them any harm

Re: indoor cats with upset tummies

All our cats get the same food so maybe they have picked up a bit of dog food/treat or something similar.
They are due to be wormed in the next week or 2 so I'll try the stronger ones you suggested, thanks for your help!
