Poor Mia isn't very well :(

I just noticed that Mia my little Birman isn't very well

We had to bath her as she soiled all down her back legs and tail but she did it again just an hour later.

Poor little thing looks awfull.

We have put her in the cat pen in a quiet room to get some piece and quiet and given her some dry biscuits and water.

Looks like a vet trip in the morning, just hope it's nothing serious

Re: Poor Mia isn't very well :(

Well she's been to the vets and has a high temperature so they have given her a course of anti-biotics.

She is looking a little better in herself but food is still going straight through her so I have taken it away and am just giving her water for now.

She's being shown in 3 weeks time so hope it's nothing serious and that it will clear up quickly!

Re: Poor Mia isn't very well :(

Tell me about it Tylow it was a nightmare to clean up

I am really worried now as Lola and Casper are both showing signs of this too so it is obviously spreading

I can see a BIG vet bill in my future lol

Re: Poor Mia isn't very well :(

Our two had an "issue" a few months back with sickness and diarrhoea for about two days. Got that you dreaded the wee souls scratching in the litter box. Took away the food, plenty of water and they were fine. Hope your lot are ok.
