Arrow kittens ate sunflower oil?

hello im new here im looking for some advice really ,

my 2 kittens one is 12 weeks old. the other is 9 weeks old. the little rascals got on to the table and i stupidly left the tin of tuna which was empty apart from the sunflower oil juice that i left in it and caught them both in there and they had both had it all.

harvey-12 weeks has been the worst off since eating it he has developed diarrhea and is constantly grooming himself escpecially in his bum area.
lexie -9 weeks has had just a little diarrhea but seems fine, they do though how can i say - smell a little funny?

ive been keeping a close eye on them and they are drinking lots
should i take them to the emergency vets/?

any advice would be grately appreciated
many thanks

Other than the runs I don't think there would be much harm done to the kittens. Just make sure they've got plenty of water to keep themselves hydrated etc. Harvey is probably grooming his bum so much because the runs will probably sting him. I wouldn't be surprised if they vomit a bit too.

I don't think the vets could do much more for them.

It's ok. Kitten are like having children around! My sister's kitten fell into a load of her art pastels and ended up looking like a rainbow kitty! lol
