Newbie!
Well hello all,
been reading alot of topics on the forum for the past few days now, Bought two kittens at the weekends one at 8 weeks and the other at 14 weeks, both female moggys, just a few questions on food, what is best for the cat either wet or dry??? and any good brand/companys i should be looking at? and also took the older cat to the vets yesterday to get vaccinated, and im not sure if im being robbed but the vet charged me £30 for the intial vaccination and another £30 for the 'booster' in 3weeks time, is that about the going rate? i believe the jabs include the Lekumia dose. Thanks Garry |

Re: Newbie!
Hello and welcome
![]() You need to keep them on the same food they are used to for a few days as they can get upset tummies quite easily. I don't think all dry is that great for them and i feed mine a mix of wet and dry. The best foods for them are those that contain at least 50% meat and no cereals or wheat. For the full set of kitten jabs my vet charges about £60 so similar to yours. |
