I used to use these - https://www.yourhealthfoodstore.co.u..._l_lysine.html they are 500mg capsules, but you can open the capsule and mix in with food.
Or this is a veterinary lysine paste vetscriptions.co.uk: Enisyl-F 100ml. Palatable L-Lysine Paste for cats. - which is supposed to be palatable! ![]() 500mg is recommended for a flare up - with 250mg as a maintenance dose. ![]() |

We normally give ours around half a teaspoon once a day as an immune boost with their food.
