Re: please help me

Karen, I would advise a trip to the vets as there is blood involved. It could be worms, I use panacur paste on all my kittens & cats. It could be due to the stress of coming to a new home, new diet ect for the kitten. The adult cats could be worms or hairballs. Best to be safe than sorry and ring your vets. If i'm not sure about anything thats what I do. The cats are too precious to not do the best for them.

Re: please help me

sounds like the kitten has worms.. even if the cats have been wormed at some point.. they will still catch them off the kitten as worm treatments only kill worms, they don't prevent them.

Re: please help me

Hello & welcome!!

Runny poo is usually a cause of changing their food - can you tell us what you were feeding them before and what you are feeding now?

If they are rubbing their bums on the floor that is a good sign they have worms - and also the sick with blood in. You can check their poo (and sick) for signs of worms. They are not hard to miss - Yellow / off white coloured and curled up

Even so I would still take them to the vets for a checkup.
My vet gives a complimentary health check up for my kits - maybe check with yours?

Hiya

Firstly the kitten is far too young to be way from mum, it should be 12-13 weeks

Sounds like it has worms or a parasite. I would take them all to the vet, better to be safe than sorry.

What did you change their food too and did you do it gradually?
