Runny Eye

Hi everyone, am new to the forum so hope you can help!

We have an 11 week old kitten. We took him to the vets on Tuesday for his second injection, we were also given some drops for his right ear as he had a bit of fluid in it.

We noticed yesterday that he is having a lot of discharge from his right eye, it doesnt seem to be bothering him too much though.

I was wondering if it was a possible link to the ear drops? It looks like the colour of the ear drops too, so I wondered if they were making his eye run?

Re: Runny Eye

One of my rescue cats had a runny eye when I got him - it was conjunctivitis & he needed antibiotic drops to clear it up. He also has bad ears, but when he had ear drops lately, it definitely didn't affect his eye. What colour is the discharge? If it's green it's def an infection.
