I feed beef and lamb minced and chicken cut up into bite size pieces. I freeze and then defrost for the cats which kills the nasty parasites like Trichina and Neospora.

There's no need to cook it although salmonella etc is a risk but cats have a high natural immunity to the salmonella bacteria. There's also a risk of salmonella with commercial cat foods!!

I did the steamed fish tonight, he loved it!

What do you feed on the days they don't get fish?
