Best Kitten Food.

Hi Everone.
I was wondering what kitten food was best to feed my 6 week pregnant cat.
She doesnt mind the felix as good as it looks food,i have just bought Hilife kitten food which doesnt come cheap and she turned her nose up at it(even when mixed with another food).
I wanted to make sure she has the best nutrition before the kittys arrive and during feeding.
Any ideas greatly appreciated.
Thanks and good day.

Try Royal Canin Babycat as it says it's for pregnant and nursing cats.

Thanks for your reply.
I bought some of that today and she licked all the gravy off and walked off, so i added a few james beloved dry food and she ate the lot.
At this rate shes gonna cost me a small fortune, bless her.

hi there

Are you feeding wet food or dry?

before my Candy was expecting i always used Royal Canin Dry and as a treat maybe 3times a week i would give her a packet of wet food either Applpaws or Natures Menu not cheap but the meat content is so much more, when i changed her to kitten food i couldnt find the Royal Canin Babycat so used the next one up and Nature menu wet food for kittens (by the way it smell not that nice but she loves it) a few times a week..

I think you if you can get her to eat mainly dry food it would be better as this less likey to go off like wet food and you will save money!
