Question Update on nasal bleeding in cat:

A week has passed since my cat started having a bloody discharge from her left nostril and much sinus congestion. All cultures, x-rays were negative. I took her up to our vet on call a week ago Saturday, as she was having trouble breathing. I am now giving her steam treatments in the bathroom in her carrier to keep her congestion loose. Last night she started getting the bloody discharge from both nostrils. The left is completely closed. She sneezes very hard when she is eating, and that seems to cause the bleeding. I was told to give her neosynephrine nose drops, but I have discontinued that, thinking they were irritating her more.
She has an appointment at the University Vet Clinic on Tuesday (tomorrow). I am hoping they can help her. I will post the results the experts give us.
