Over the years, I've taken my cats to various vets and, to be honest, the vets don't seem very knowledgeable about cats! Also, some don't even seem to be at all "in tune" with the animal and suggest lots of tests without seeming to consider the suffering inflicted. I was wondering if there was such a thing as a register of vets that specialise in cat health? I realise that it must be a very tall order for a vet to be expert in all pet animals, but I would have thought that there should be better advice for cats, seeing as they are so popular as pets.

well in london there has been an only cats vet surgery that has opened up !! i went to their opening day and it is great for cats but is too expensive but i know what you mean it is hard to find a vet that you can be happy with

Ongoing problem, that is....I did to changed Vet after Vet....Very annouing when you can see - that they dont really care and making mistakes. GGGrrrr.....
