Hi, I have an 8 week old kitten that is feeding on James W dry kitten food but does not appear to be eating an awful lot he does drink plenty. A mate of mine who is also a cat owner suggested I try him on some complementary food as well.

Does anyone here give their kitten complementary food and/or can anyone suggest the best brand to try.

I would try and ween it onto wet food as well. Natures menu kitten, Applaws kitten, etc are good quality kitten food. You should be able to get them from Pets at Home. Don't stop the dry, just cut it down a bit.

I find animals eat less of a higher quality food than cheaper ones agree with above poster
